Status
What is built, what is wired, and where the project's own documentation disagrees with its code — both read from source rather than from an existing document.
Two inventories, both read from source on 2026-09-09 at backend@a164684 and frontend@ed55491. The frontend tip has since moved to f2c1ead (a merge of main into staging); ed55491 remains an ancestor of it.
What's wired
55 of 74 backend routes have a frontend caller. The 19 that do not, and which of them matter.
Documentation drift
Ten claims in CLAUDE.md the code no longer supports, and the tooling that keeps these docs from going the same way.
The short version
| Routes declared | 74 |
| Routes with a frontend caller | 55 |
| Routes with none | 19 |
| Of those, blocking product work | 9 — every work item is create-only |
CLAUDE.md claims now false |
10 |
The nine that matter are the edit-and-delete half of projects, tasks, and comments. The backend has them and guards them; no frontend code path calls them. Picking one up is the shortest route from these docs to shipped work — Adding a feature is the path.
